Staff was very nice!!!

Breakfast was served in your room- food was excellent with generous portions

The photographs are extremely deceiving. The hotel is old and not attractive. There is no space in front of the hotel to stop and unload or load the luggage. The stuff at the Parking they use does not speak English and forgot to register my car. It means I’ll receive tickets for driving in the central Milan.

Centrally located with large rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, especially as we were there during the heat wave on June 2026.

Clean room, beautifully decorated, efficient AC

Absolutely gorgeous property with the most beautiful rooms and building, it felt like staying in an art gallery so definitely a good choice if you want a very Boujie feeling to your stay! The only downside was it was a heatwave while visiting and the rooms are still very warm, the air conditioning is controlled by the front desk and we had to request for it to be lowered - it still did not cool down much, other than that everything was amazing!

Every aspect of our stay at Petit Palais was charming! Prior communication was excellent and we were warmly welcomed on arrival. The interiors were very well considered and our 3 nights were very comfortable, a luxurious escape within walking distance to all the destinations and restaurants we wanted to visit. Definitely will return to Hotel De Charme!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre, walkable to the Duomo and Galeria. There are some lovely restaurants nearby. The room was clean, large and quiet and we loved the renaissance character.

Very charming but a little noisy between the rooms . We appreciated the generously spaced room with a separate kitchen . The lobby was generally very quiet with staff not generally visible .

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast and perfect location
