Staff were helpful, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and location was brilliant

Hotel - amazing ambience, very unique and luxury boutique. Tokki is so lovely! Staff - super friendly for London!! Rooms - room size average, nice amenities however the general cleanliness was not good. The bathroom tiles had mould, the plastic protector for the shower screen had dirty that clearly is omitted when the bathroom is cleaned! The teapot had half be cleaned I had to clean it out myself, there was bits of food behind the cushion! For the price of this hotel I was surprised to have found the above issues,

All around a nice day! Will definitely consider it for next visit to London.

Lovely. Staff was excellent and the place was clean. Free non alcoholic drinks. Omakase was ok. Preordered breakfast for the last morning the day before and the order was lost. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Modern bathrooms. Could really do with an outdoor area to sit down and have a tea. Beds are terrible. Much too firm. And the Japanese restaurant was not great food or ambience. Also the staff was a bit unknowledgeable and didn’t solve my 2 simple questions (booking a car and extending my stay) quickly and efficiently. It was a long drawn out fiasco of standing in the lobby and waiting for 15 minutes each time. I won’t be staying here again

A lovely, quiet hotel blocks from the Marble Arch tube stop and situated right between Hyde and Regent’s Park. The staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms spacious by London standards, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom especially lovely (heated toilet seats! Who knew!). Would definitely be excited to stay here again.

Superb breakfast and very reasonably priced. The hotel is in a very central location and we love the aesthetics.
