Rooms were ok, not the best maintained. Definitely not a 5 start hotel. There was something under the chest of drawers that kept beeping all night, I figured the further away you move the electronics, the less it beeps - so probably poor electrical wiring or something of the sort. There is also a heated floor that you can’t turn off, which is also laid underneath the shower - so you have to tip toe in the shower in order to not burn your feet. Generally the standard of the hotel does not compare to other 5 star hotels in the area, would rate it as more of a high 3/low 4 star hotel.

Spacious room , clean and well presented. Good breakfast, including cooked items that were tasty and well presented. Quirky touches to give some talking points - lift decor is unique and magnetic letter board is strangely addictive during lift journeys. Great location with plenty of eating options within easy walking distance, along with two tube stops. Nothing we didn’t like. Re-booked for another visit next year.

Amazing hotel, staying in the trash city room which was good but could do with a little maintenance for a top hotel.

Great staff and excellent location. However the standard rooms were tiny and uncomfortable.

Tiny hotel room, completely overpriced

Not quite sure how it is classed as a 5 star hotel. Very basic / cheap furniture in room. No mini bar / fridge, cheap bathroom amenities plus same shampoo / body wash. Perfectly fine hotel to stay at. Comfy bed but felt very underwhelmed vs expectation

Staff were attentive and so friendly. Ideal place for RAH and museums.

Good for Hyde Park concert.
