This hotel was such a joyful gem in the heart of Florence. Tucked around the corner from the Medici Chapel, on a brick lane that leads directly to a lively shopping district, walkable to the Duomo district and central to all of Florence. The hotel staff was especially helpful with recommendations, reservations and in room specifics. There is a fantastic spa and beautiful restaurant with live entertainment.

The staff were very kind and attentive. They upgrade me to a bigger room that was spacious. The location is very as it is close to the train station.

Loved my room, loved the location, loved staff. The breakfast had many options and the proportions are generous without being obscene. There is a nice bar on the weekends, a small gym and a spa I didn't get take advantage of and a nice calm vibe to counteract the hysteria of Florence.

Hotel was modern and chic. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were much larger than expected. Great location
