Great location. East has a nice rooftop. West, around the corner from East, has a beautiful lobby.

Room was nice and well serviced. Rooftop bar was nice but service wasn't great. Great location though

Super location, clean and neat property. Everything was convenient. No complaints at all .

Unfortunately the walls are very thin between rooms so much so that you can hear your neighbors putting a drink down on their nightstands. My friend also got her purse stolen from her room and the staff didn’t seem to care. Overall good location and rooftop.

Very clean and new, modern rooms. Pictures well represent what the hotel rooms look like. Coffee and turn down service awesome. Wish I had spent more time at the downstairs bar lobby, I was in the second building of the hotel across the street. Would definitely come back!

This is the perfect hotel, on the higher end of Florence hotels. The value you get goes a long way, and I general we were quite pleased.

Everything is as amazing especially the helpful and friendly staff. The whole experience was beyond our expectations!

Our favorite part of Hotel Calimala was the location, the chic design and the Angels at the Angel Bar!

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our first trip to Florence. Located within the heart to Florence it gave my wife and I easy access to all of the sights, and served as home base during the hot weather. The room was clean and the service was top notch. Thank you for making this birthday trip for my wife so memorable!
