Great staff!

Yes

Very nice hotel, clean, good location. Breakfast is very nice with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and courteous even if at times rather busy and stressed. Took a very long time to check in, only two staff at the time, and the process seemed to take an age. Otherwise clean, comfortable stay in a well located hotel.

Wonderful stay in this hotel! Very clean, helpful staff, and great breakfast. Location is also accessible & walking distance from the subway!

Breakfast was great

Excellent location close to the subway. The hotel was clean and the staff was super kind.

Clean room, good staff, breakfast is far beyond expectation! Very good, safe location, metro nearby

Amabilidad

Next Suanzes metro. Modern hotel. Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast costs €15 and spread is good. 30 mins metro ride to city center.

The hotel was a fabulous break for our City Break. Located out of the centre, but totally accessible via the Metro, which was also so easy to use. Lots of local shops and eateries near by. The hotel was really clean, although I did feel the rooms were a little on the dated side (especially the bathroom) but as I have said, you cannot fault the cleanliness of the place. The breakfast was great, perfect selection and all really fresh - especially the orange juice. If you are looking for a great base to explore Madrid without the hefty price tag book it, as you wont be disappointed
