伊鲁尼昂中庭酒店 (Hotel ILUNION Atrium)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The beds were really comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Staff were good - we didn't need to have much interaction with them though. breakfast was good although the same every day. We chose the hotel for proximity to the Athletico stadium but it was easy to jump on a bus into the city centre. There are a few restaurants nearby which are good. Would certainly recommend

We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest week of June, and unfortunately, we had no AC for the first two nights. The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night, the AC was just okay, and it finally worked properly on our fourth night. To top it off, as I was checking out on our last day, they closed off part of the lobby for maintenance. It really felt like the hotel wasn't fully ready for the summer season. On the positive side, Great staff :: the location is great, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and there is a nice indoor seating area. The à la carte menu is just okay.

Very nice hotel with extremely kind staff. I absolutely recommend.

Loved my stay here! Hotel was amazing and staff was attentive and helpful. Easy to get too and my kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast options.

Por supuesto. Aquí tienes una versión más breve, perfecta para Expedia: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My mother and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming—I only wish I could remember her name. The restaurant is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. A special thank you to the lovely lady who prepared the eggs every morning; she was so kind, and her cooking was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The hotel is far from downtown but close to public transportation, in a safe, walkable area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel has a drop-off area for easy access to Uber. The front door is locked at night for safety. Great place. Highly recommended if you don't mind using public transportation.

Enjoyed our weekend break, lovely hotel and staff

Modern style hotel from the outside/ lobby. Room just ok bed comfortable, AC doesn’t work all the time. Tried to contact front desk about this, getting tissue and room service and was met with “what do you want “. Week day staff were super rude. Weekend staff seemed nice. Food slightly above edible- had something as a last resort as they did have gluten free bread available. Probably ok if you’re white as they seem a little prejudice. Overall quiet rooms ok for a short stay

Staff was great, bar was great, the gym and pool were great. We could actually walk to a mall with restaurants and grocery store.

Clean room
