库斯科马德里威斯汀酒店 (The Westin Madrid Cuzco)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Across the board quality and very charming. Breakfast was superb, staff impeccable, rooms comfortable and high attention to detail. Frankly, hard pressed to find a fault. Not in the tourist area, so some distance to sights, but this can be a real plus - quiet repose after a full day of activity.

Room was nice although the AC had a funky smell (room 207). We had breakfast there 1 day and it was solid. Overall the Staff were the highlight. Super responsive and helpful. Really great crew

Great hotel in all aspect except the bathroom which had no privacy for a couple and my opinion was a design mistake which could and can easily be fixed

Amazing breakfast, friendly staff

Great

Very good

Check in was quick, friendly and faultless. Reception team member explained all relevant information and made us feel welcome. Room was bigger than expected and furnished in a light, modern and comfortable style. We stayed here to go to a football match at the Bernabéu, after reading the hotel is 10 minutes walk away. It was a maximum of 10 minutes, very easy walk and so convenient for the stadium. The hotel met or exceeded expectations, excellent value considering the location and quality.

Staff was great.

Was a great property..... 5 stars on my end!!! Would recomended all the way around Excelente

Amazing hotel in the center of Madrid, it was a long time since I found a place where the stuff from first to last were so amicable, helpful and always with the best willing to make you feel welcome! Thanks!
