哈特兰德 (Heartland Hotel Queenstown)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The Heartland is being renovated so from the outside it looks a little worn but the room was amazing with beautiful views across the lake . The room was spacious and heating was spot on. Would definitely stay here again

The room was clean, comfy beds. Although there was an odd smell in the hallway. The staff were exceptional. Parking was adequate

Great location and good amenities for the price

The hotel staff were not very helpful and could definitely improve their service. One of the main issues was the lack of parking, which was quite frustrating. The hotel also needs to provide more basic amenities such as water bottles, slippers, and similar essentials. Overall, the stay was okay and I had a decent experience, but due to these issues, I would not recommend it to others.---

Good walking distance to town, rooms were warm and had good views, only minus was parking is on a first come first served basis

Great stay - older property but well maintained, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and wonderfully friendly and attentive staff. Nice and handy for town too, only a short walk. Definitely coming back.

Amazing location and a stunning room.

Like the proximity to every thing we wanted to do

Room is quite worn out and needs to be refurbished.
