A fabulous stay. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. The attention to detail in the hotel is extraordinary. Very good breakfast, great restaurants and very helpful front desk.

Gorgeous hotel and delicious food. Amazing service. Noise is a concern between the busy highways surrounding the property and five mosques on the other end. Bring ear protection.

The staff were attentive and always there to help, without being overbearing.
Pool on the 5th floor was high enough to be quiet enough and not too windy, and the gym was well equipped and spacious with bluetooth headphones.
It would be great if the spa offered sauna and steam room.
Stayed in the exec suite which has ample space to relax on a solo trip. It's a shame the room was facing a soon to be construction site and the less affluent side, but a minor issue. Earplugs were supplied.
Dining options were plentiful from Italian to Asian. And breakfast was very flavoursome with a la carte and buffet opions. Definitely visit the pastry room.
Would stay here again.

First, the Four Seasons is know as one of the finest hotels around, they just never dissapoint. My stay in Jakarta was just amazing; but, what made it so amazing is the staff, they did everything possible to make my stay the best experience I ever had at an hotel.
