雅加达费尔蒙酒店 (Fairmont Jakarta)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

We have stayed at many Fairmont’s, also Accor members we have been here as well before! The hotel needs to be upgrade The charging ports for electronic devices were outdated , the bathroom had a leak at the sink the first night we arrived it was fixed and okay - The pillows in the bed were flat! We like Fairmont’s but were disappointed in our recent stay here We were also married at a Fairmont many many years ago ! So we are aware of the potential the property has always carried through the years Unfortunately not this time

Centre location.

Water kettle broken.

Clean room, helpful staff

There was an extensive buffet, initially difficult with dietary restrictions, we finally figured it out. Biggest challenge was the noise level at breakfast. Other fsitmonts where I’ve stayed offer a peaceful, quiet breakfast experience The worst part of my trip was on my departure day the hotel driver (who asked for my airline and flight number) dropped my st the wrong airport causing a nightmare trying to get to Bali on my holiday weekend

Nice hotel, great options buffet and nice food. Staff a bit hit and miss.

Toothpaste ran out in one night

Breakfast options were great with lots of variety. Excellent location, central to lots of places. Spa was amazing!

The location is best!
