We loved everything, from the very first moment until our departure. Wonderful staff, outstanding service. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The food is exceptional, of the highest standard. The staff’s attention to detail is beyond anything we are used to. We celebrated a birthday, and they knew exactly how to make it as special, elegant, and enjoyable as possible. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Room was excellent, service and staff went over and above what we expected. The spa is spectacular, a calming oasis after a busy few days shopping.
