Room was beautiful,
Quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous can't say enough good things about this hotel. Was perfect. Everyone was so helpful and nice!!

The view is amazing, you look right at the Duomo! Huge gorgeous modern room with double bathroom. Fantastic breakfast and service is outstanding. Truly a great hotel and worth every penny!

Loved this hotel! The room, the staff, the view were all exactly what I hoped that it would be. The elevators are a little quirky, but other than that we truly enjoyed everything about this hotel for the 5 nights we were there. The front desk staff could not have been any more helpful before and during our stay. The breakfast was outstanding and the food very good. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The bar upstairs was happening, but once we closed our window, we could not hear it at all. The hotel is in the heart of all the Milan action, and we enjoyed it more than the Park Hyatt, which I did not think was possible. Absolutely 5 stars!

Like to invest in some carpeting throughout the hallway. The click clack of shoes were endless during the middle of the night. Also, the elevator service needs to be improved.
