Booked one bedroom. Arrived late for a few night stay. We recieved a 2 bedroom with balcony facing a brick wall. They were doing cement cutting from 6.30am as building next door. Asked for another room and was swapped the next afternoon to a lovely room. Was just a shame that they put us in such a noisy room at first when other rooms were available as not fun unpacking and packing up for a few nights.

It’s in a convenient location to do business with the universities etc. Lots of food options around too. A bit tired but clean.

The price was good and the room was good they hooked us up with good room price was really good for hotel

The room was pretty run down, even the central unit had the buttons broken off. one of the bed duvet had dried up blood, the bathroom kept flooding every time we showered. The parking was steep per night and the breakfast cafe was horrible our pancakes came fully uncooked on the inside and overcooked on the outside not sure how thats possible. There were no coffee mugs to drink morning coffee and honestly the pods looked tampered with like someone played and smooshed them. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the hot tub was removed the pool was okay and theres a sauna.

Very dated floors weren't cleaned properly, bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Lock broken on door to balcony, not ideal with a toddler. Curtains all hard to use as the tracks were broken. Room needs to be updated badly. Not worth the money it costs

Great room but street nosy was really loud in room so bit hard to sleep. In saying that it was a weekend.
