All staff always helpful during our short stay, nothing was a problem, booked for one person, one breakfast, meant to book for two of us, easily fixed. Room very comfortable, excellent space, like the size of two rooms, relaxing. Good start to our holiday.

Happy with the accomodation with regard to the room facilities, AC unit kept changing the temperature overnight leaving the room cold in the morning. Location is good within the city. Close to amenities and good food places. Real let down was the pool and spa. Absolutely freezing, if it was heated it was either not working or the 2 ice baths sitting next to them were being emptied into the pool. Made it unusable and there was nothing done to rectify after multiple comments made. Kids were looking forward to swimming and spending time in the pool. Multiple families dipped their toes and left. Wasn’t managed well at all.

Room was very spacious, very clean & well equipped. Closely located to streets with lots of restaurants to choose from. A very relaxing & enjoyable night!

Was perfect for my solo trip room was fabulous and clean. The hotel was located in the perfect spot for my plans

Booked the deluxe room - was spacious and a huge bathroom....the bed was super comfortable - had a great stay and finished off with their buffet breakfast - excellent selection of food - totally enjoyed our stay and this hotel is worth the $$$

I never write reviews, but this warranted one. The only reason I booked this hotel, which is not as close to amenities (except central market) as other hotels was to access what appears to be the only hotel indoor heated pool in Adelaide. This was not working - it was freezing. Apparently it was a maintenance issue they’d “just heard about” that day and there were maintenance staff there to fix it (we saw no one). No one advised us of this, prior to (or at) check in, even though I specifically asked where to find it. The spa was also not hot and the bubble function not on. Second, we found a sugar sachet under a pillow in our bed, which is concerning as to whether the sheets were fresh or they just re-made the bed. Third, the required QR codes / hotel menu were not in our room, so I had to call down for them. The kids menu is at least $20 a meal, and the dessert chosen wasn’t available. On the plus side, the restaurant staff and most of the front desk staff were lovely. The rooms and bed was comfortable. Note the restaurant is small, and you need to book. I know much of this sounds trivial, but we were only there for one night, as a special end of term treat with my daughter, so it was all a bit disappointing. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

I booked the room one night extra as I was arriving early on the day and didn’t wanted to wait around for few hour till 2:00. When I arrived to check in they said my booking was cancelled, nothing notified me, no one tried to call beforehand, and the excuse was I didn’t arrive on the night before and I was suppose to notify them my arrival time. I was telling them the rooms were all paid for both the nights and doesn’t matter when I arrive - my booking and room should have been there and at least someone need to contact me….. I was standing there while they try to find me a room and my family getting annoyed- what was the point of paying so much more when I just wanted to avoid just that waiting around thing……

The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were overcooked, the buffet hot dishes were stewed and dried. Meat balls instead of traditional items, not good. The fresh fruit was dried out, the selection was poor. No range of juices. Room was nice but layout was odd for the space. Balcony door access is difficult. Aircon control was difficult to regulate couldn’t turn it off. Staff were very nice.
