The staff was very helpful. It would have been difficult if they didn't hold our luggage for us. This is a great location. It overlooks the central stadium and is close to everything.

We booked 2 connecting room with a double and twin beds month ahead and only to be informed on the day of check in that the room is not available and they transferred us to another hotel with 1small room with 2 double beds. They claimed the bedding is same but room layout is so different. They allowed us to cancel but it was so last minute where do we find a replacement so suddenly. The sudden change in hotel is not our fault and we have to bear the inconvenience yet they only offer a substandard room replacement. They should at least offer to give us a partial refund.

Pleasant hotel, close walking distance to town centre. Bed was ok I guess, a touch hard but pillows good and had good shower. Breakfast was nice.

I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. Multi-lingual hotel manager and all the staff were outstanding in their friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast service… everyone at this hotel made a big effort to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with many options and served in a beautiful dining room. My room was comfortable with nice pillows, sheets and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lots of hot water. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location for seeing the sights around Sapa town.
