A short walk thru an alley to access the place, well located with decent breakfast. Best part was excellent staff service. Rooms were a little cramped, had to improvise for luggage access and stowage. Corner room smelled bad but the others were okay.

The hotel was okay but alittle misleading. You have to walk alittle as the hotel has no access in, it’s in an alley. The building in front is not the hotel. Also we felt deceived, it was our first trip and wasn’t use to the DiDi app. A staff booked one ride said they railway station is far we have to leave 3 and half hours and the booking for the car would cost us 350 yuan as we have 3 luggage cannot fit normal car and need a large premium car. The railway was 25 mins and they didn’t book our car at 5am, we walk back to hotel to ask, front desk was unaware of the any booking, then we waited for 40 mins which a taxi came, taxi said cannot fit our large luggage. As we already paid the fees to hotel, we walk back again and they order us a large vehicle almost an hour later. We check DiDi it should cost us 150 yuan. I called and complained, they said managerm will call back but till today no one reach out. Hotel is okay if you only want to sleep don’t sign up to pay for anything extra. As they are not helpful.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was conveniently located. There's a metro stop right there so that can help you get around. The Wi-Fi was a little iffy in the room that we were in, but I don't know that that would be the case everywhere. The staff was helpful. When we needed help with booking tickets and things like that, there was a person acting as a concierge who was able to help. If I was going back I would stay there again.

Great location and hotel was clean and smoke free. Close to train station line8 and around the corner from pedestrian st. Walked to National museum and Forbidden city. Laundry room only had 2 machines which i couldn’t make out if they were dryers. We had a pleasant stay

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

Very close to Wangfujing walk street , excellent location, famous restaurants, food just in walking distance, also has one day tip available if you want to go to Great Wall, summer palace. Tian an men square, forbidden city are all in walking distance too. Metro entrance close by. Strongly recommend for first time visit.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, as it appears to be misleadingly advertised on both Hotels.com and Expedia. The room was extremely small - so much so that we couldn’t properly open our luggage. The photos are highly inaccurate and give a false impression of the room size. Breakfast was also a major letdown. The selection was very limited, with almost no Western options. On one occasion, the only “Western” item available was chicken nuggets, which is hardly appropriate for breakfast. The dining area itself is also misrepresented in the photos - it is actually a small room with food laid out along one side, not the spacious setup shown online. Customer service was poor throughout our stay. Staff often appeared unapproachable and disengaged. We even witnessed guests being ignored when asking for assistance, which reflects a clear lack of basic customer care. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its advertised 4-star rating - it is much closer to a 3-star standard, as reflected on other platforms. The only positive aspect is the location, which is excellent. However, given how affordable and efficient local transport is, I would strongly recommend staying in a better-quality hotel slightly further out and commuting instead. Considering the price paid, this hotel simply does not offer value for money. I would not stay here again and would advise others to look at alternative options.

Really close to amenities and the station. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet is standard and was good to have in the morning.
