The hotel was really nice and in the perfect location. The staff were super friendly on arrival and helped us out of the taxi with bags and showed us to the reception. The hotel atrium is very grand, the inside reminded me of a cruise ship. There was a fountain, large seating area and glass lifts. It was really plush and a nice welcome.
The room was large and nice. It had a little corridor and then the room had a nice bathroom with shower cubicle and separate bath. The bed was big and comfy and the maids were amazing. We left them a nice bit of feedback on how well they cleaned the room and they gave us more complimentary water the next time. The sheets were clean and the room had everything we needed, from iron, safe to fridge and TV.
If I was being really picky I would say that the view isn't good, but we were barely in the room so this was not an issue at all. The artwork in the room was also really nice and an insight to the city. 10/10, I would stay here again.

Good location, but room needs work.
Everything else was nice, easy location, metro nearby, and staff were helpful. Location made getting around Beijing simple. Only downside was our room. The bathroom needs an upgrade, flush was broken and taps were loose. Not very appealing. If they fix the rooms, it would be a great stay.

Property excellent all around. A little dated but everything great. Breakfast excellent. Clean rooms. Shops vary close. Staff great.
Area very quiet and safe. Perfect stay to visit city.

shops and restaurant nearby, breakfast is good, staff are all polite, helpful, and very accommodating. the room is clean and good size. i would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Location was the absolute best. Right on a main pedestrian street with super easy access to attractions, food, and public transit… we walked everywhere!

超赞 Hotel was right by the shopping street and restaurants. Not far from tourist attractions either. Room was clean but AC was very poor. Could not cool down at night at all. Everything was fine. Enjoyed the stay here.
