No ac in room although marketed with ac. Drunk man in hallway for several hours during the night with no front desk staff and emergency number for hotel staff didn't respond

Costumer service at its finest. Lady at the front desk assisted us from checking in to serving Breakfast until we checked out..! She treats guests as her own family..! If we ever to go back to Venice again , we will stay at this hotel again on a heartbeat..

The front desk did an excellent job reserving us a private boat transfer to the airport the next morning and assisted us in getting there!

David was super friendly! Staff were great. Morning coffee and breakfast were just what you need to get going in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet. The water bus has a port just a block away.

Great location, close to water taxes/buses, and easily walkable to all attractions. Manager and staff outstanding in helpfulness and friendly. Room was a good size, and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Ca 'Pagan. It was a perfect location - short walk from water bus from the airport with other public transit and water taxi stops very close by. It was easily walkable to San Marco square (10 min) but far enough away to not be right in the chaos. There were great shops and restaurants right by the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. I traveled with my 5 year old son and we had everything we needed and felt extremely welcomed by the staff. Breakfast was excellent and there were many options that we both enjoyed. Our room was spacious and felt like a true Venice experience. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we return to Venice.

This traditional hotel has six superior rooms. The breakfast is an excellent continental choice. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We were directed to recommended restaurants and directions to places of interest. A short distance away from St Marks Square it is situated in a quiet area but a water buses stop at the end of the road.
