卢纳巴格里奥尼酒店-立鼎世酒店集团 (Baglioni Hotel Luna - The Leading Hotels of the World)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Excellent Location, in Venice off course all the building are old , but having a big stain at the entrance of our rooms is simply unnaceptable in a hotel of this price level, scratches on the doors and walls are little things that we would pass in a 3 star location , not in a 5 stars in the center of Venice. The concierge service was good in arranging trips to teh airport , but when request for help n other matters there was not real help. I enjoy my visit to Venice , but I want to make it clear when you pay the level Luna hotel charges you expect more, that simple.

Everything from the location to the staff to the ambience was exceptional!

All was amazing! Thanks!

Lovely charming hotel right on the canal and right next to St Marks. From meeting me at the airport and airport transfer - costs extra but rare and well worth it - to arrival and checkin and checkout service was impeccable.

Hotel rated 5 stars. Clearly, they don’t know the definition of 5 stars. A/c weak. Carpet with stains in the hallway. Room worn and tired… not historic worn. 2 to 3 stars max. Not a 5 star hotel.

Very quick to attend to every need!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Venice was truly unforgettable. The hotel was stunning, with so much charm and elegance, and every detail made our experience special. The service was exceptional — the staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The location, atmosphere, and hospitality made our visit to Venice even more magical. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and hope to return again someday

Great location in San Marcos

excellent location and service

I was charged 1800 euros for a glimpse of the canal in a small room which was over the noisy entrance and gondola parking area . Room service and housekeeping were extremely slow. Front desk helpful
