凯恩斯市棕榈旅馆 (Cairns City Palms)

The overall stay was OK with the front desk staff available when they said they would be available. The location was great to walk to the downtown easily. However, we suspect one of the cleaning staff nicked our bag of earrings as we left it on the table and could not find it the next day. We searched every nook and corner of the place and our bags but couldn't find it anywhere. Thankfully it was imitation jewelry but be careful with your valuables if you are staying here.

fittings missing in shower for soap and so on . no hooks for hanging clothes

Quick stop, everything we needed, as well as clean and close to everything

It was clean and tastefully decorated. We felt relaxed and everything we needed was there, the staff were very kind and most helpful in getting us settled after our long day of travel. Also the pool was lovely! Shower was great and the pillows where the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Located near hospital. Good public transport. Microwave and an electric frypan. Guest laundry. Nice pool.

All staff very helpful. Relaxing stay. Would recommend for quiet time.

Great location, close to many food places. The property is old but facilities are okay. Staff were terrific

kitchen had what was needed and laundry was good

Great place to stay for the 5 days we stayed. Plenty of room in the rooms, great pool & amenities.

Reasonably priced, everything was clean and tidy. The aircon didn’t work very well was the only downside.
