Pool was freezing Room was hot and ac hardly worked

Paid extra for buffet breakfast with Wotif and received email from hotel saying buffet breakfast included but when there only get told no breakfast here just a $20 voucher each to local cafe Where bacon and eggs on toast $23 so not good 😐

The hotel is nice, massive bed, comfy sofa and very friendly staff. Communication was good prior to visit. We went for an apartment style room for the cooking facilities, but there were no pots and pans or cooking utensils, meaning we couldn’t really use these facilities. Not sure if this is normal, but worth confirming with the hotel if you, like us, went for this bigger room for these amenities.

Beautiful rooms. The only negative was the smell in the underground carpark.

Due to delayed flights we were very late to arrive. Instructions for arrival and ease of access to apartment was excellent and just what we needed. Very much a no hassle stay.

Clean and comfortable. Located centrally in cairns, close to airport, hospital and shopping and restaurants of CBD. Good facilities, off street free parking.

Stayed for 4 nights on business. Will stay again

Good size room. Not soundproof

Everything was terrific.

Great location and facilities. Sad that the outdoor spa was cold. Looking forward to a hot tub.
