Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan was provided and being able to open the window fully really helped. Amenities were great with a small fridge, a kettle and coffee/tea supplied, an iron and board, a beautiful bathroom with HUGE bath and shower with fixed rainfall head and a handheld power shower. Our only concern was the desk where the telephone lived was filthy on arrival (even though the rest of the room was spotlessly clean?!) and there were a few signs of wear like the curtains needed a new blackout fitting and a couple of marks on the carpet.

The air con didn't work, the latch on the toilet door was stuck and couldn't get the tv to come on. On speaking to reception, they advised that they controlled the air con and would switch on but it didn't seem to come on all night. Also said someone would come and fix the door but no one did

Hotel was ok, room was quite small and dated. Had signs of ware ranging from rust on the mirror, black mould in the bathroom and the tv not working due to a broken aerial. Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times

Air conditioning was controlled by staff. They don’t keep the rooms cool at all. I’m assuming trying to save money. The rooms get very hot and for as much as you tell them to lower the temperature they don’t. Beds are old and need upgrades. Not comfy at all. Pillows are as flat as they come. The hotel sits on top of a bar and it’s loud. It is close to all lines of transportation.

Road side rooms were very noisy

the room was much better than i had expected! very clean, had heated floors in the bathroom and quite a few controls for temperature and lighting. the spare pillows and duvets were stained but that’s not their fault i suppose. overall i enjoyed it a lot

Nothing special.

Smelt of smoke, broken window, dirty walls. Bathroom was decent though. Pub was closed which gave the place an eerie, derelict feel. Not what I thought

This hotel is awful, it's unclean and the room had an awful smell.

Staff were lovely and genial upon arrival. The room was very clean and the shower had good pressure. TV in the room unresponsive to the remote and without the smart apps the remote indicates.
