Great service. Even though it was a basic room for 2 Adults and 3 Children in separate bedding, it had everything we needed and the kitchen area was well equipped.

Great staff! They gave us a lot of insider tips of where to go and what to do. Fantastic kitchen facilities and perfect location.

Wish could have stayed longer

Both Travis and Page went out of the way to help and they always assist on any accommodation request or related requets

Good location. Very helpful staff. Small room and tiny bathroom. No mirror above sink. Guests with motorcycles create loud noises in the morning.

The owner was so friendly and willing to help! Our room was spotless! Had a cool, chill, family vibe to it! Would definitely book Again❤️🤗

The stay in this property was very nice. The owner is very friendly and absolutely delightful. She answered all the questions and helped with the laundry as well The suite (2 bedroom) was more than sufficient for our family of four (4 adults). The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and in 10 minutes you will get to a plethora of dining options. There is a convenience store a minute away. And the neighborhood was quiet during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Paihia and the stay here

Was good

I think this property is more suited to much younger people than my 72 years. I didn’t realise this when booking. No television in room not good. Also the base of the shower was very slippery when wet. Lovely man at reception.
