Great staff very friendly and helpful Good bed maybe just put an extra blanket on bed for people like me who don't like running heat pump at night while sleeping but otherwise it was good

Easy checking and helpful manager. Clean room and lots of parking.

Lovely staff BUT not a comfortable stay for female alone. Arrived unsure if the hotel was actually functioning as all the lights were off in the smoked glass reception. It was 5.30pm and nearly dark. Discovered there were only 2 other rooms booked. Room was upgraded so larger but layout meant all plug sockets were inaccessible so all had extension leads. Seemed to be a drainage issue - looked and basin v slow. As a lady alone.... Back door needs BOLTs not a twisty know that you can't check if its locked. No outside lighting so when I went out to dinner I had to use phone torch to lock door and to make sure I didn't fall over as no lighting until lane at front. Remote on TV had flat batteries - popped to reception 15 mins after I checked in to find it closed until the morning. The isolation and darkness made me feel vulnerable. Apart from delightful staff and reasonable breakfast, not much I can add!

Was definitely in low season. Paid for breakfast, none to be found. No employees. Pool area locked up after dinner. Disappointed.

The room was a great size. A big bed each! We only met one member of staff and he was the one that booked us in. He was lovely! We parked easily enough and close to our room.

Property was clean and as advertised, and it met our needs.

There were ants in the room as it hadn’t been well cleaned before we arrived.

Comfortable stay. Car was safe in the parking spot provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It would of been great if the room had plates that we could of used. And if they could of supplied us with a small bottle of milk instead of those miniature milk capsules. But other than that, we had a great stay
