チェックインした時からコップ類は汚く、バフタブは排水が流れない、バスタオルのみ、 それも時々忘れる。アメニティは2人にも関わらず1人分の事が多く電気ポットは水漏れ、言えば変えてくれるが排水は直したと言いながら最後まで流れませんでした。

スマホの充電機のプラグの形状があわず、フロントに相談したところ、ホテルからの貸し出しはしていないけれど、私物でよかったら、と夜勤明けのスタッフの方が貸してくださいました。助かりました。 有料ですが、空港送迎サービスのドライバーさんも親切で安心して利用できました。 朝食はバイキング形式ですが、あまり種類はなく、またレストランが禁煙でない、夕食時の利用がほとんどなくさびしい、アルコールを置いていない、等食事面では不満もありますが、総合的には合格点だと思います、

Convenient location, close to Udayana university and two department stores (one lower-mid price range, the other mid-upper price range). Friendly and helpful reception staff with good English; other staff speaks a little English. An older hotel with cleanliness standards not the greatest (compared to many smaller and older North American hotels).

Se podría definir con una palabra: "asqueroso" No lo recomendaría de ninguna manera, daba asco entrar en el baño , el desayuno muy pobre, casi solo comida asiática

Udemærket hotel, heldigvis ikke i den slum-agtige del af Denpasar. Hotellets restaurant var ikke noget værd. Wifi fungerede fint.

Solamente estuvimos una noche en este hotel ya que llegamos tarde y el dia siguiente teniamos un vuelo muy temprano.No tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos un cafe por la mañana aunque la reserva incluia el desayuno.El hotel esta bien aunque ya le toca una renovacion.La calida precio muy buena.

Clean and comfy and the staff helped us out when we needed it. A good breakfast to start your day. Its in the middle of the city and close to all the markets. Great place to stay to experience city life.
