萨阳居住酒店II (Sayang Residence 2)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

I booked this homestay for my Indonesian friends, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with suspicion and disrespect. The receptionist questioned whether the reservation was really theirs and tried to verify their phone number unnecessarily, even though it clearly matched the booking. When they checked in, there was only one towel and a tiny bar of soap for two people—completely inadequate. Thankfully, they had brought their own towels. The staff handed them a price list for soiling towels or bedding, which felt very unwelcoming and accusatory from the start. Throughout their stay, the internet was terrible, constantly cutting in and out. Worst of all, the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. On the day of check-out, they were called four times before 12pm, even though they had already checked out on time. It felt like they were being rushed out and harassed. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience for my friends, and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone—especially local or Indonesian guests. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this homestay.

Basic accommodation, just what we need. Bed is nice and comfy. Perfect location for Denpasar area. Easy to get anywhere.

I stayed in the hotel for a night only as I was getting a boat to Gili islands in the next morning. The staff was very helpful to arrange the transportation to the port The hotel facilities and swimming pool are great, the room is spacious and comfy. I would stay there again.

The locations is in the central of Denpasar so easy to get around
