Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options. I would definitely stay here again

Very clean. Great bed and fabulous views. Restaurant was also fab.

Great location, the restaurant was excellent and staff were lovely and helpful. We used the pool as well. It was a nice to have a pool on site. It was great to have a kitchenette. Really good spot!

We stayed here for the location, the room having a small kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel is needing some renovation, the shower was in the bath and water went everywhere, the soap dispensers were empty in the shower and it seemed they did not have replacements. Having said that the room was a good size, looked out on the river towards Crown. It had parking which we needed. It’s also a little noisy from the trams and trains running in the road where the room looked out on.

We had a lovely 1 bedroom suite, it was well laid out and comfortable. We ran out of tea bags but reception staff quickly replaced them when asked. The location close for trams and the river. We went swimming and found you couldn't get into the shower cubicle and close the glass door! So you had to change in either the toilet or hope nobody came into the area. Laundry was clean and functional. Apart from that we would recommend it.

The level of customer service and satisfaction at the Clarion exceeded our expectations. Staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly. We only stayed one night and were upgraded to a penthouse suite for my son’s birthday who left a beautiful birthday message for him in our room. The pool was a little bit chilly but lots of fun nonetheless, breakfast was delicious and everything was just wonderful and so accommodating. Thanks for a beautiful staycation in Melbourne and we’ll see you guys again in the future for sure.

very spacious living area. Very handy position

Great place to stay and so close to all our regular attractions. Elvie Bangnel looks after us with a late check out. Staff were great. Overall a great place for our business travel. Would love to stay again.
