They didnt respond to my message but I also didnt message them exactly 24 hours in advance. I recommend that you don't rely on the shuttle service and just use Grab instead. It was super clean and spacious. Even had a little salamander friend running around my room.

Staff is always helpful. Stay here every time I am in HN.

No response from the hotel when messaged via the expedia app/website. Followed instructions for pickup from the airport (24 hour prior notice, flight numbers, etc), but was not picked up. Ended up hiking to the hotel, was difficult to find, address didn't line up to the true location on the map. The hotel is down a couple narrow alleys. Not a great experience attempting to find the hotel at 11pm at night. Once at the hotel the room was accurate to the description/pictures, A/C worked well, and the breakfast was very good.

Didn’t pick us up from the airport as agreed. Communication was very poor. I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages trying to organise the airport pickup but received no response. Two days before our arrival, I finally got a message saying to call once we had collected our luggage. We landed at 1:00 am, which I had advised them of several times beforehand. I called eight times and sent multiple messages, but received no answer. To this day, I have still not received a response. If you’re planning to use this hotel for an overnight stay or transit flight, I would not recommend it based on my experience. The room was okay and breakfast was acceptable, but good communication and reliable service are important. I’m sure there are better hotels nearby where the staff are more responsive and organised.

Contacted hotel via WhatsApp and on Orbitz chat to reserve an airport pickup. The WhatsApp number listed in Orbitz responded back providing another number to contact, but no response. Hotel needs some updates but is clean. Complimentary breakfast was simple but the person who made it was very friendly and careful with the food. Quick one night stay after a long commute is ok.

Like the friendliness of the staff. Like the personally made breakfast. Like the free transport to the airport.

Older building in a poor area but is very safe family owned and operated very nice people breakfast cooked to order good but not much of a choice rooms are large and clean a/c works great

This is an acceptable but not note-worthy option for a hotel close to the Hanoi Airport. The room was comfortable and efficient -- and breakfast options were limited but well-executed. (A restaurant just steps away from the property was fantastic -- check it out for a delicious dinner.) But the overall attitude of the staff was one of indifference. No response (after several attempts at communication) regarding a shuttle from the airport. No refresh of towels or other room amenities (I stayed there 2 nights.) I can't compare to other hotels in the area, but there may be better options.
