河内机场Chemi酒店 (Chemi Hanoi Airport Hotel)

The AC was off when we arrived during a heatwave and the room was unbearable hot. It took an entire afternoon to cool down to a comfortable level. The hotel is in an area without any ATM and without any restaurant that accepts credit-cards. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff was friendly.

There was a power outage so no air-conditioning, no lights. It was supposed to be a rest stop before my next flight but truly and uncomfortable stay.

Great and close to airport

Clean and quiet. Just was I needed.

All good and as expected

Staff are very nice and accomodating. However the aircondition doesnt fully cool the whole room.

Breakfast was great but a few more items could be added to the menu. Staff excellent.

Good for what we needed. A quick place to rest. Yummy breakfast and 24 hour concierge helpful.

It was okay

The property was incredibly clean and the staff were all so helpful and kind! Mi was so helpful during my stay as well, and I appreciate her!
