The room was great but the air conditioning could have been better but it was better than other hotels we stayed at. Staff was great and helpful

El hotel es espectacular!!!! La ubicacion inmejorable. Definitivamente volveria siempre aqui!

Great location. Front desk very informative. Nice size room and bathroom

Our experience was amazing. We picked the room with the sauna, and I would highly recommend this after a day of walking and exploring.

Excellent location but trade of was how noisy it is at night with bar/restaurant across narrow street open until late with music etc. Bring ear plugs but otherwise very nice.

Hotel Renaissance was very well located in Florence. It was clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay.

Great location, walkable, clean and safe!

Hotel is at the city center, walking distance to most attractions. We could even come back to the room between activities for a short rest. All the staff were courteous and willing to help with whatever need we had. There were only my wife and I in the party, but we rented the family suite since only that one was available for the dates versus standard room. We really liked the extra space it provided. We would stay again in this hotel if we revisit Florence.

This property was in a perfect location! Everything seemed to be 10-15 min walkable to everything. The staff was very friendly as well. They had a parking garage a few blocks away that we were able to park at for a daily fee.
