I love this location! The room was perfect and every staff member was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices. This is my favorite place to stay in Florence.

Good spacious room and nice breakfast options offered. The staff were no the friendliest. Locked out of the hotel late at night and after 20 minutes eventually someone answered the phone and opened the gate to let us in. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Clean, good breakfast, excellent location.

The room temperature at night is too cold and cannot be adjusted because the hotel has it locked. The staff at breakfast time is not very friendly. The room is comfortable, clean, and has an excellent location. Despite that, I would stay there again.
