诺维拉公寓 (Novella House)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

What a beautiful apartment! I felt we were sleeping in a museum. With that authentic feel from the past comes with it a small but managable bathroom, kitchen and fridge, and lots of space. The air conditioners tried to keep up with the unusual hot temperatures. Staff was helpful, allowed us to store our luggage and the location was close to the train station, away (but not too far) from the more touristy area, area was safe.

Excelente ubicación, y espacio acogedor

Very well located and larger than average and comfortable room.

The hotel is a small collection of rooms in an older building. But the room was large and clean, the air conditioning worked, and the bathroom was updated. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is small with no breakfast, but they provided orange juice in the refrigerator every day and some packaged rolls/crackers. Well located near the train station and reasonably walkable to the important places in Florence. We enjoyed our stay.

More than a hotel room - this was an entire one-bedroom apartment, with living room and kitchen (including refrigerator/freezer and clothes washer). Great location, walked to everything. Great restaurants nearby and lots of tourist-focused destinations nearby as well. We'll be back!

The Hause was clean and there were enough kitchenware to function in the kitchen like your home. You could run the dishwasher or wash the dishes manually. Neighbor hood had some noise for road construction, but it didn’t bother us. Rey close to supermarket, main train station, and other markets. Easy accessible to bus tracks and stations as well. It was a wise choice to take that house.

Great hotel in a great location! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, shoutout to Alex! Wish we could have stayed here longer. Book this place for clean, comfortable, and close proximity to Train, Market, and main Piazzas(+Duomo)

Beautiful small hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.

Staff sorted any issues out promptly.

Room is spacious and clean. Staff is wonderfully polite and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
