Located 1 block from train station. Very clean and comfortable room that was updated recently. Staff was very helpful and communicated well. Watch the check in hours! They have limited times to check in and you check in at a different building. Super easy instructions and they walk you to your room. There is a small elevator which is great for luggage. In the heart of the city — but room was quiet. Has a/c and beds were great. Would definitely stay there again.

The check in process was a little confuse since you have to go to another building on the 3rd floor to do it, that was a nightmare but then we walked to our house and the elevator was very small to fit all the luggage and we did a few rides until we get to the floor, the rooms were spacious and clean , air conditioning was very strong witch I like it and quiet room .

Check in was our only issue. We found the building we we’re staying in, but check in is in a another building, so it’s confusing. It didn’t help matters that we had no cell service or wifi. We received an email regarding check in, but not until close to our check in time. Once we got checked in things went well. We didn’t require room service during our stay, so I can’t comment on it. We definitely will not travel out of the country in the future without cell service though.

Great location, clean, and staff were amazing!

This is an old hotel but well maintained. It has character and charm and is in a great location. We stayed there with my daughter and felt very safe and it was quiet too.

Location was convenient to and from the train station and sights in Florence but that’s about it. On a very loud Main Street with a lot of noise all night and the same woman outside the front door every day begging for money. Actually had to switch rooms on day one because there was a terrible smell in the first room. Main bed was fine but second bed was a foldout couch bed that was not comfortable and squeaky. No staff onsite and no breakfast room or breakfast, just a room to sleep in basically. Very annoying to have to have the key in the room to turn the lights on also.

Clean room, decent size shower, bed was comfy, supermarkets and central market close by.
