阿姆斯特丹凯悦酒店 (Hyatt Regency Amsterdam)

The room and hotel were super clean. We especially appreciated that it was also very quiet and were never disturbed with any noise while trying to sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had about the hotel or how to get around the city, etc.

Staffs are very helpful.

The hotel was located conveniently near a grocery store and the metro. The staff was extremely helpful and was attentive to our needs.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with very nice and calming decor, comfortable bed, lovely and helpful staff—all i expected from hyatt. Breakfast was great—well presented extensive buffet with lots of selections, including some indonesian foods. The one thing that was quite surprising was that the tv transmission went out halfway through the second half of the world cup final game! I picked up the phone to dial the front desk but there was no dial tone. I was too tired to investigate further since it was late at night. I discovered the next day there were a couple of buttons to push to get a dial tone. So I would say, please make sure the tv transmission doesn’t go out for such important events, and please make clearer from the moment of check-in how the phones work.

Good hotel. Good breakfast. The lounge at the club level is extremely poor with nothing to eat

Clean beautiful room in a very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff Very convenient to the metro

Amazing BF. Good hotel. 30 min walk to center yet good to be a bit far from city center chaos

The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely recommend a stay to our friends.
