Late night check in stuff was a great human that knew his hotel perfectly.

The hotel is not in central Amsterdam, just 3 tram stops away. Was a lovely hotel

Everything was great, location, view, staff. Can’t recommend enough. Cleanliness needs a little bit of work but other than that it was really beautiful. The food in the restaurant was lovely and great cocktails. When I asked reception if they could book me a cab for the morning it was no trouble. Great place, recommend!

We upgraded to a Wellness Panorama room, the jetted bath and sauna in the room were really nice. Bed was a bit soft for my tastes. Housekeeping didn't change the cups so we ended up having to ask for fresh ones after a couple of days. Housekeeping also left our balcony door wide open on the last day which was a bit concerning as due to the balcony design, the room next door could have had access to our room. The pool area is really nice, there is also an outdoor terrace where you can sunbathe. Food in the restaurant was also nice but nothing available to eat after 9.30pm. The tram is a short walk away and only 3 stops into the centre of town. If you don't want to go into the city centre, there's a really nice Tapas restaurant, Taparia a short walk from the hotel with outdoor seating.

The breakfast was meh, the room was disappointing, the staff was okay. The whole place just missed a bit of delight. Overal it was fine, but its not a joy to stay here, only if its a necessity

Lovely room Nice and Good choice for breakfast Easy to get to from Amsterdam central Staff member really helpful

The view and staff 5star

If you like decor that looks like you are in the ghetto, this is for you! Even the wallpaper had holes depicted. Gave me the feeling that it was dirty. And no amenities. Location great.

The property was great. The bar staff left something to be desired. We always felt like a burden while sitting there have a couple cocktails to end the night.

Breakfast buffet had the most options I have seen.
