兰卡斯特酒店 (Lancaster Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Very quiet hotel, great for sleeping. Nice clean rooms.

Smallish room, perfectly fine for my short stay. Staff was attentive and helpful.

The room (and hotel overall) had no aircon The shower in my room was broken The hotel lifts were out of order One member of staff (on my arrival) was very helpful Did not have breakfast as the room was unbearably hot Parking was very minimal, I was fortunate to get the last space

This hotel was easy to get to by car and the check in was smooth. The bar is small but the prices are really reasonable. The hotel was clean and tidy and is secure with being in the university grounds. Only negatives were that we only had 1 cup in our room for two people and only one large and medium towel. The hotel is about a 20 min walk to the tube but there is a busy stop not far from the hotel that takes you into Uxbridge centre. The transport links from the centre back to the hotel late at night are difficult to navigate so just be mindful that the centre is a bit of a walk.

I loved my stay at lancaster hotel as always and so did my mum during her visit on my graduation day!!! The location is very convenient as it’s peaceful and very safe with 24/7 security help available. The lancaster restaurant itself is very good too! Loved their mushroom soup and garlic bread :)

I appreciated that the staff members were kind and gave some flexibility. Other than that, the elevator has not been fixed for several days.

I cancelled my second night because there was no air conditioning or sufficient ability to open enough windows in the room and throughout the hotel. Also all of the sockets are on the outside wall so there is no way to dry your hair or anything in front of a mirror which on the opposite side of the room or in the bathroom.

Was not clean at all, terrible location.

Staff and facilities are good, bar does shut at 10.30 which wasn’t an issue. No air conditioning would prevent me from booking again.

Check-in didn't start well but eventually all was sorted. Room very small and the bed was uncomfortable. Location is not the best unless you have business at the University. No dining options close by. Good breakfast. Probably wouldn't stay again.
