A pretty decent location. Nothing notably bad. It was difficult to get my suitcase around as the hall doors are heavy and require a keycard to pass through.

Goed hotel vlakbij het station Hayes & Harlington dus zo in centrum Londen. Ook de supermarkt Asda op de hoek. Personeel erg vriendelijk bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was redelijk maar hoeveel wil je eten? Kamers waren netjes en schoon

The rooms are rundown , they did not change the bedsheets , they said they change after 6 days. Staff were polite, the dinning facilities were acceptable.
