Good customer service , prompt response to resolving issues. The manager Olivia displayed great professionalism and gave good suggestions. Made us feel at home in a homely family hotel.

Nice place, clean room and floors, spacious rooms, which hard to find in HCMC. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is perfect for walkers like us. It is also surrounded by lots of restaurants. Easy access to the market and most tourist spots.

We had a nice time in that hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The manager was thoughtful.. she took good care of us.

This is a single wide small hotel, nicely decorated, maintained, and managed. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Good elevator and the AC quickly cooled the room. We had the Executive room with sundeck which is a balcony with chairs, table and sculpture. Breakfast was good with choice of pho, eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, juices, tea, coffee on a smaller scale compared to bigger hotel dining rooms. Located near central HCMC markets, massage, attractions. A Grab ride to SGN takes 24 minutes.

I wish I could be critical of this place, but it’s incredible. The owner is an amazing woman. The classic look of the hotel is stunning. The rooms are incredible. The bed is wonderful and the location is just what you need for the craziness of what Vietnam could be. Simply put, you’ll love your stay.

staff was rude as soon as we got there. When we had requested to get our room cleaned, it was ignored. We had to check out early since the place was very uncomfortable, had a lot of mosquitoes, and was very unclean.

The breakfast menu was adequate fruit, traditional fare and eggs. Enough to satifsfy healthy appetites but not a great selection in comparison to larger hotels.
