The staff is always so welcoming and friendly and helpful and ready to meet your needs. This is a simple stay for a great price in a clean hotel. I love the cleaning ladies!

The staff were professional and very helpful the rooms were clean and good aircon the breakfast fresh and nice and location was just perfect

Clean room, aircon was set couldn’t turn it cooler, staffs are friendly. There are restaurants and shops near by.

The staff were not friendly

Everything bad

The rooms were clean, but dated which was absolutely ok. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included however the options were limited. Location was on a quiet side street off the from 'the walking street' known for its night. So it was really central with the markets across the road and 2 blocks away.

The staff was courteous. Room was good. The washroom was a bit smelly and the health faucet was leaking. Also there was no hot water. It was just very mild.

Very friendly service

We stayed four nights here and the first two nights were terrible. We were on level three with a balcony and the noise was awful - I think we averaged 2 hours sleep both nights. We asked to move rooms and we got the family room on the bottom level - much better - but of course paid extra for it. The lovely lady who cooks breakfast in the mornings was wonderful and so friendly! As was the door man 🙂 Fantastic location and the coffee shop at the end of the road was amazing

Breakfast was very good
