The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC.

this is not a 5 star hotel, its a 3 at best.

I liked how polite and kind the people at the front desk were with us. Also, there’s alway someone opening the hotel’s heavy front door. The cleaning service in our room was very good. Thank you! We’ll be back.

The only downfall was that we weren't able to get our car when we needed it without paying extra fees. Also, we were struggling to get out luggage upstairs and nobody offered to assist us. I did expect a little more from a 5 star hotel.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in this property. We go to NYC several times a year, and thought to check this place out (touting itself as a 5 star, when really closer to a 3). Not a first class experience in the least, scarce staff, not clean, some amenities not available at all; like the rooftop bar - which they said it was only open seasonally - what other season would be better than June?? (other amenities, were sub-par at best: pool spa). Rooms were not spacious (as described), nor clean. The pictures are not accurate representations of reality. Just know before you go.

We use the bar and a drink for very well made good atmosphere

I loved the Hammam that was the highlight of my stay. the staff are very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

It’s a very nice place. I just wish the showers were bigger and the shower door opens in the wrong direction.
