Such a great experience if you want to experience the aura of NYC in a high quality hotel with the friendliest staff!

Lovely hotel in a great location

Spacious and retro looking room creates a perfect setting at this gem of a hotel.

Beautiful hotel, incredible staff and service. Entertainment at Roxy was fabulous!

Loved everything about The Roxy. The Staff, Food, Ambiance, Artistry and Location was Amazing

The Roxy is a well-known gem of locals, a great hotel with really cool features like live music, a jazz club and a movie theater, all on top of what you'd expect from a high-end hotel.

The hotel charged us for breakfast on our final day which we clearly didn’t have (we went out for breakfast). I queried the invoice multiple times (we used express checkout) but have never received any response or acknowledgement. The way it occurred and the lack of response makes me wonder whether this is common behaviour at The Roxy. FYI - a similar overcharging occurred at a restaurant across the road from the hotel.

Love this hotel! Amazing location. Very cool vibes. Super dog friendly. Will stay again !

Excellent and friendly staff and great location in lower Manhattan

Front desk staff was amazing. Unfortunately the café wait staff was not. But we would stay here again because the room was large by new york standard. Bed was comfortable. Location is perfection (right by subway entrance).
