Best location near Lincoln Center with easy access to Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center subways. The rooftop bar had great views. Rooms were small but that's normal for New York. The front desk staff were very helpful. The only thing to note is the pool is very small and you need to have a parent for anyone under 18 so keep that in mind. Otherwise, great spot.

Nice hotel

Great location and staff is very attentive

The AC was not very strong and my room was not very cool. Because the weather was extremely hot outside, I did not explore the amenities, except for multiple showers to cool down and made clothing changes during my short visit. Hotels.com had canceled my reservation because I missed some kind of payment update that was needed (night before traveling there) AFTER confirmation and itinerary emails were sent. Luckily and thankfully staff was able to get a room despite hotel being fully booked, but the "upgrade" was from a King bed with city view to a tiny room (even tighter tiny bathroom space) with 2 double beds on the first floor with a view of the street, so I was a bit disappointed. The location and the view were why I chose this hotel. Also, the TV did not work (no signal) as well.

Worst rooms ever besides the lobby the rooms and general amenities were awful dirty doesn’t begin to describe this hotel the carpet is ripped in the room no fans in bathroom the humidity is awful as I’m sure the mold is growing behind the wallpaper from 19.. do yourself a favour don’t stay here

This hotel is right next to Lincoln Center and a block from Central Park. There is a Mexican restaurant in the hotel and a gelato shop as well as a Starbucks around the corner. It’s an easy walk to Times Square. The hotel room had a refrigerator but no coffee maker. The pool is on the roof and although small was a nice perk for the hot summer. The pool doesn’t open until 11 and would be much nicer if it opened in the morning so people with business could utilize it in the day. Overall it’s a great hotel and if they re able to keep the rates down it will be a go to. Staff was friendly and there is a bag check.

Excellent neighborhood and staff

Elevators are rickety and breakdown…we were stuck in one for 15 minutes. Water pressure in shower was extremely low and the workout facility is hot.

Place is good for the price. Stayed one night. Room was good and AC worked well. Overhead shower didn’t work, and housekeeping knocked on my door the day of checkout every hour beginning at 8am. Check in was great, and the pool is nice. Props to the people working the pool that day, they were helpful and very nice.
