萨帕小苍兰酒店 (Freesia Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Horribly run down. I booked a massage and the room was absolutely disgusting. I tried to cancel but they wouldn’t let me. The massage therapist was nice but didn’t speak any English. I don’t recommend staying here at all.

The whole place was huge and also the room, very comfortable and relaxing though we didn't try the pool. The only problem was the staff, some of the staff was not welcoming, not accommodating, most of them didn't know how to speak English that results to miscommunication. Except the Front Desk employee who has shoulder length hair, she's very helpful and can communicate well.

A great hotel for the price. The breakfast is included and good, the rooms spacious.

The room we stayed in needed lots of touch ups. The bathroom water and sink had issues but they resolved it, but the bath mat was not clean and overall did not feel clean in this bathroom. Free all you can eat breakfast was good, lots of options and healthy choices including fresh fruit and salads. If it were cleaner I wouldn’t mind staying here again though it wouldn’t be my first choice.

This was excellent value for $. Conveniently located and quiet. The staff were excellent- frirndly, welcoming and ever helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends

The staff are friendly and helpful. Just that the location is not as suitable for old and weak people because there’s a slope to climb before reaching the hotel. Otherwise, it’s very good.

The hotel needs a makeover! The pictures profiled are not current as the hotel is quite run down. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, there was a big gap above the door out to the balcony, the shower had no drain so the water ran from the shower across the bathroom to a hole in the floor by the toilet. You could hear the people in the rooms adjacent and also anyone in the hallway. On a side note the hotel is set back from the main road so it dampened the street noise somewhat. I am sure back in the day it was a lovely hotel but it needs some work to return the grandeur.

Staff

Freesing in the hotel, in the lobby, in the dinner room, food 5/10.

Big spacious room, breakfast was great with all dishes serving pork clearly labelled, staff were excellent and helped arrange day trips to explore Sapa
