Lylo was in a great location, near shops and restaurants. We had a group of 15 and the rooms were perfect for our needs.

Every thing was so lovely clean tidy well organized but was disappointed with the TV channels couldn't get them all only 2 but other wise great location a d tidy

It was such a horrible hostel experience, the bed was dirty and looked like someone had just checkout , they didn’t change the bed sheet from the previous guest, its was disgusted , I found hair and dirt on bed, I had to put a towel and paper underneath for me to lay down, and they price was overpriced for $45 a night at this unhygienic place. I do not recommend this place unless you just need a place to shower after hiking. Pay more and go find a hotel. The most disappointing hostel experience and wasted of money

Room was very clean. The kitchen was busy but decent. The bar seems like a money grab since you can't drink your own alcohol. Very close to town and paid parking.

Friendly staff, great location. Very noisy rooms caused by the stupid blinds on the pods that are impossible to get up and down quietly. So any time anyone moved it was incredibly noisy and impossible to sleep in that environment. The pods were hard to get in and out of.

Location was great. The room was very noisy. Each pod has a pull-down blind and with a metal strip along the bottom that bangs around on the walls ALL night every time someone moves.

The room was REALLY small, not a problem but it felt cramped with 2 people. Enjoyed using the heater with adjustable settings.

Room was incredibly small, but ok. Shower in our room was broken on arrival, receptionist said they are fully bookend and can't give us another room, but they will move us the next day. They actually fixed the shower next day, but the drain was clogged, so the shower was pretty much unusable on both days of our stay. One would wonder whether they actually clean the bathroom that they weren't aware of those defects, or they just don't care about the property condition. Hotel description says parking available, although there is no parking. Just public paid parking around, which is limited. Common area and bar were pretty good. Overall, overpriced for what it delivers. 2 out of 10, would not recommend or stay again.
