SQ杭盖酒店 (SQ HANG GAI HOTEL & SPA)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

We booked two rooms. Neither had working air conditioning. We also did not have hot water. So you had to o shower cold. They offered one fan. Which did nothing and the second room had nothing.

Great room with a private patio. Staff is super friendly.

Best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. Could not fault it. Would highly recommend this hotel! 5 stars all round 👍😊

The door staff at the entrance to the hotel were always polite, unfortunately this wasn't always the case with the desk staff on the night shift. We booked 1 early wake up on final day and it was 25 minutes late with no apology. The breakfast was good and the team working the breakfast shift were always quick and helpful. The toilet in our room did not flush correctly which we reported on the first evening but it was not fixed during our stay.

Our favourite hotel in Hanoi - great location, great staff, good value, nice pool but I wouldn’t bother with the gym

The best breakfast I ever had in Hanoi hotels. Clean rooms . Great staff

Large, clean, simple rooms with all the amenities you need. Small and cozy rooftop pool and patio. Nice little gym. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

So helpful sorting out a problem caused by hotels.com Great location and nice dip pool in the roof

All good - nice people great location

Room was very clean and comfortable, however the suite we booked said it had a terrace, assuming it had a sitting area. It was nothing more than a sliding door with a railing. The staff was fairly friendly. The breakfast was pretty terrible, so much that we never went back after the first day. Great location, lots of amazing coffee shops and rooftop bars near by.
