Wonderful staff! Thao the receptionist and Hung the Bellman, were exceptional! They went above and beyond with our bags and recommendations for transport and area tours. So thankful for amazing staff, like these 2, that made our stay wonderful!

Delicious breakfast

The rooftop bar is the best. And the bartender prides himself on making the best margarita ever. Been all over Mexico and this margarita tops most.

Substandard is being kind. The cost of about $70 a night is similar to much nicer Old Quarter hotels. The room had a strong mildew smell and the water in the shower/bathtub had a brown tinge that didnt go away when the water ran for a few minutes. Firm bed, clean sheets. The part of the Old Quarter where it's located is noticeable sleazier than others.

We will be back every year.

Friendly staff

Polite and professional staff. Driver picked me up at the airport into the great job getting me to the hotel. The hotel itself is good, not great. A little worn down in places. The breakfast was outstanding

We love our stay here , beautiful hotel and clean. Thao is wonderful receptionist, very helpful and friendly. We will come back again.

This property is a two stars hotel trying to be five stars, and missing the mark rather badly. Bathrooms are in need of a serious update, the furniture in the rooms is just sad and worn, and the staff, while trying to be helpful, are just ill equipped. Booked the presidential suite, and it should be called the pauper suite. It smelled terribly, one bathroom had a leaky toilet that made it unusable, and decor was just generally run down. There was no trash can in the room, and the bedding smelled damp. Despite booking in advance, the room was not ready even after check-in time...I could go on, but just know to avoid this hotel!
