万锦蒙地卡罗酒店 (Monte Carlo Inn Toronto - Markham)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean.

Good

Air in room was effective Parking was easy Location was perfect for a wedding we went to Room had a smell to it

Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Staff were efficient. I do recommend you plan to eat elsewhere as the restaurant on site was sub par and there aren't any other restaurants close by. There is a Tim Hortons and fast food restaurant a block away if you arent' looking for a meal.

Staff were very helpful. Room and room amenities all excellent. Great location. Breakfast not the best but what are you going to do?

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. I made a reservation by mistake and contacted the hotel immediately after realizing the error. Despite reaching out right away, I was not offered any support or flexibility and was directed back to Expedia. I understand booking policies, but good customer service also means trying to help guests in unexpected situations. This experience left me very disappointed, and I would not choose this hotel again.
