Good location near 407, excellent staff, only surprise was the broken bath plug which had obviosuly been broken for some time. Some trouble getting a decent price through Hilton system so I went with a discounter.

一般 This review is for the service attitude of the hotel manager. He doesn't understand that he works in the hospitality industry and is arrogant and rude. He lies and constantly interrupts during our conversation. The hotel itself is fine.
