柏林辉盛凯贝丽酒店式服务公寓 (Capri by Fraser Berlin)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

All staff were very helpful and friendly but the bar staff were by far one of the best ice ever met.

Staff was most accommodating. Can't beat the location.

4 stars for an otherwise 5 star property. Rooms are clean, great location - right next to the river and main walking path and main attractions. Enjoyed stay. All good. Staff goofed up at checkin and wrote wrong room number on the key and I ended up waking up the guests who were in other room!. May be a genuine mistake and doesn't happen often. Second issue is that they insisted on informing the desk in person for clean up everyday even though I told them clean everyday. We missed to inform one day and the room wasn't cleaned. There is no need for this unnecessary hoop imo.

All good. Poorly designed is all — but thats my opinion

Beautiful Hotel on the island of museum. Very quiet and clean.

Other than the no windows thing, the apartment was great

Very chill place to stay on Museum Island

Clean

I was glad to splurge on my hotel room as I got an amazing view on the TV tower and had a balcony. The room was great, though I was a bit surprised by the extra costs to get a full kitchenware kit, and additional coffee pods even if my stay was 6 days. The breakfast was good, but limited. Hotel was also close to two metro stations (5 minutes walk) and bus stops is a few steps from the hotel. It is also very much downtown. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Very enjoyable stay at Capri by Fraser in Berlin. Clean comfortable well appointed room with enough space for 2. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
